STARTUP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open App.
2. Login using USERNAME: Your Username PW: Your Password.
3. Go to "OTHER" menu and "SETUP" and enter your commission rate, sales tax rate and shipping rate as needed.
4. Enter the e-mail address to which you would like to send your orders. Additional e-mail addresses can be added at the time of the order.
5. Enter the e-mail address to which you would like to export your data.
6. Press UPDATE button to save your changes.
7. Now click Categories and enter the relevant categories for your Mileage Entries and Expense Entries. You can always come back if you miss a few.
8. Enter a few customer names with data.
9. Enter a few items into the product table.
10. Generate some orders to see how it works and how inventory is adjusted with each entry.
11. E-mail the order to test the app.
12. You are ready to go.
